Doors for the round tables will close promptly at 3:30 PM and will not open again until 5 PM when the trade show starts. Please plan accordingly.

This business event is for travel advisors only; please do not invite family, friends, or customers! Advisors must be 18 years or older. Travel agency business cards are required to attend. Professional cards must have YOUR name pre-printed on them to be admitted to this event. Another form of identification such as ASTA, SBN, IATAN, CLIA or TRUE card may also be required.

Business casual attire is REQUIRED! No clothing that advertises a supplier or organization is allowed. You will be denied admittance if you are wearing jeans, sweatshirt, T-Shirt, shorts, tank top, hats, etc.

Great Lakes ASTA understands that sometimes things come up and prevent you from attending an event that you have registered for previously. If you need to cancel, please email Andrea at [email protected]. Space is limited and there may be someone else who would like to take your spot. If someone else in your office can go in your place, just email us the name change info. Your registration fee / ASTAPAC Donation is nonrefundable. It is however, transferrable. Please email Andrea Doremire at [email protected] if you have any special dietary requirements. Great Lakes ASTA will do our best to accommodate your specific needs.

No solicitation of any agency, side business, networking group, or organization besides ASTA is allowed. You will be asked to leave the trade show if you are found violating this rule.
